85cc KTM Motorcross racer Christian Lyth from Ruskington Nr Sleaford once again found himself on the Gear4 85cc KTM at Mildenhall race track having a guest rider in the Norwich and district club Championship.

It wasnt just the weather that was hot this weekend the pace on the track was also hot and very fast.

Saturday Moto 1

The first corner at Mildenhall bit Christian fairly hard last time he was here and his starts reflected a little more caution that usual, Christian was still able to get away with the leading pack which soon saw the first 3 lead by Arron Pipon and Luke Capsticks pul away from the rest leaving a battle on the track to decised 4th to 10th, Christian was in a real fight and held onto sixth by the flag.

Moto 2

The same three rider pulling away and another bar to bar battle this time Christian going one better up to fifth by the flag

Moto 3

Again not able to run the pace of the first three but still having his own personel battles this tiome again securing fifth at the flag.

Sunday

Moto 1

Christian feeling the effect of Saturday's hard racing and the extreme heat managed a good 8th place finish but ht epace was showing he was like everybody else actually going quicker than Saturday.

Moto 2

Christian lost out in this Moto and although up to 5th at one stage the battle went against him and he come a a battling 9th at the flag

Moto 3

Christian again finding the same riders around him all seting a very fast pace this time he scored 8th again.

A good but tough weekend as Christian expected the 85cc group is fast and tough but enough points scored on Saturday to 5th overall and Sunday 8th overall, Nect weekend Christian wil rideing the Gear4 KTM again this time at Chippenham nr Bury St Edmunds.
